A host of benefits for Inner Sunset Businesses have been included within the Green Benefit Management Plan. Through the development of the management plan over the last year-and-a-half considerable input on the commercial district was received. The funding for these commercial district benefits is raised from throughout the entire district, not just from our businesses alone (which is the methodology used in Commercial Benefit Districts).
